Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Victoria & Alfred Hotel was amazing, with a prime location right by the waterfront and stunning views of Table Mountain. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel special throughout my visit. However, I encountered a few minor issues, such as inconsistent breakfast orders and the absence of a dedicated area for changing after check-out.
My stay at the Victoria & Alfred Hotel was overall quite pleasant, with excellent staff and stunning views, albeit some quirks. I loved the location near the waterfront and the friendly service, but the airport transfer experience left me a bit frustrated. The rooms could use a refreshing touch here and there, but the amazing views made up for that.
I had an overall fantastic stay at the Victoria & Alfred Hotel. The location is unbeatable, right on the Waterfront. but I did encounter a couple of issues with service and amenities. Staff, particularly Wesley and the restaurant team, were friendly and accommodating. However, the bar area could use more seating for evening guests. I would recommend it, just keep in mind some of the minor drawbacks.
My stay at the Victoria & Alfred Hotel was overall enjoyable, mainly due to its fantastic location and friendly staff. However, I encountered some issues with noise and room decor that slightly detracted from the experience. The view of Table Mountain from my room was lovely, making it worthwhile to pay a bit extra for that.
My stay at the Victoria & Alfred Hotel was truly nice, thanks to its unbeatable location and excellent service. The views of Table Mountain from the restaurant terrace were lovely, and the warm hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my visit. However, I did encounter some minor issues with the loft room I had, mainly the lack of a panoramic view, which was a bit disappointing given the hotel's prime location.
